Moab Easter Jeep Safari

April 12th 2014

Im planning on going out there mid-week Tues or Wed and meeting up with some friends (3 rigs) from Colorado. We will be camping at Area BFE. This is the area owned by Olaf. Area BFE will also be hosting events during the week. Moab does have hotels and RV sites with hook ups but they need to be booked in advance and fill up fast.

If you don't know about the Event it is the largest offroad gathering "i think" in the world put on by Red Rock 4-Wheelers, Moabs local Jeep Club. They provide guided trail runs everyday during the event on trails that vary in difficulty. There are a lot of venders/sponsors and it is a real good time. The sleep town of Moab grows to about 20,000-40,000 rigs over the course of the week. Here is a link to there website RR4W

The plan is to do un guided trails Thursday and Friday and Metal Masher with EJS on Saturday the 19th. They have descriptions of all the trails offered on there website. Metal Masher
