Description

We’ll do a late breakfast at Kramer Junction then head to Red Mountain to make camp (dry camping). We’ll visit the X-15 crash site and poke around the area Friday afternoon. Saturday we’ll make our way across the desert to the Trona Pinnacles for lunch and make a stop in the town of Trona for gas. Sunday we’ll go through the Grass Valley wilderness and stop at the Husqvarna memorial, then head for home.

Bring firewood.

	Difficult terrain and road rarely maintained; 33" tires, Suspension lift, Off-road driving experience, body armor and Rear locker recommended. Stock vehicles will likely take damage
	Very difficult terrain, road never maintained; 33" tires, sway-bar disconnects, Rear locker, and Rock sliders required. 35" tires, front locker, Full cage, and 4:1 transfer-case recommended. Chance of mechanical failure and body damage

To get to camp from highway 395, turn right on the Trona Road. Go about 1.5 miles and turn off into the dirt. I’ll put out club signs to lead you to camp.
